You know, I really don't feel affected this time. Thank god for that, I'm sick of the Admiral's bad driving skills.

[Parker is affected as hell. By the way, if your characters ask her her first name (which they will) her response will always get staticed or somehow drowned out. Otherwise, have at.]

[Judas accepted the glass gratefully as he was beginning to feel the effects of the alcohol on him. He could feel himself warming up already.]

I haven't been sick on anyone yet.

[He took a light sip of the water before going for another stupid swig of the vodka.]

[After he took another sip of the vodka, Parker took the bottle away from him.]

Let it sit for a while. Finish the glass of water and then you can have more. When was the last time you ate anything?

[Judas took a drink of his water, wondering something similar. Maybe dinner the previous night. He hadn't had much of an appetite since his last encounter with Iago.]

This evening.

How much did you eat? Drinking on an empty stomach is a stupid thing to do.

[Parker got up and looked around quickly, finding one of Jarod's stupid donuts and offering it to him.]

Eat this.

[Judas looked at the donut and was about to decline when he remembered how good Parker was with a gun. He set his glass of water to the side to take a very small bite of the pastry.]

I ate something.

[She didn't respond, she just fixed him with a stare again.]

[Judas furrowed his eyebrows at her before he took another bite and looked over at her for some kind of approval.]

[She just stared at him even further, and took another sip of the vodka.]

[Judas sighed and took a third, much larger bite.]

I ate dinner already.

Starch is good for when you're drinking. It absorbs some of the booze so you don't over do it.

[Judas nodded and held his hand out for the bottle.]

This means I can drink more, right?

Finish the fucking donut.

[Parker said the words quickly, and then took another sip of it herself.]

[Judas frowned over at her but reluctantly ate the rest of the donut and while chewing held out his hand again for the bottle. He was starting to get a little light-headed but hoped it didn't show.]

[When he held out his hand for the bottle, Parker offered it to him quickly.]

Take it slow.

[Judas furrowed his eyebrows at her before he took a swig of it, as he didn't particularly know what drinking slowly meant.]

Oh don't get fucking cute with me, Judas.

[She watched him for a moment before she lit up another cigarette and put her feet up.]

[Judas looked over at her with a half-drunk smile.]

Am I even your type?

Hell no you're not my type. Even if you weren't gay.

[She took the bottle back and took a long swig of it. A pause.]

Gimme your communicator.

[Judas had stuck it underneath the couch after arriving, wholly planning to make a few drunk comments, despite Sexby's warnings a couple days prior. He had things to say and he had a feeling he would say them if intoxicated. Nonetheless, he teetered a little as he reached under said couch for the communicator to hold out for her.]

Can I have the bottle back now?

[Parker took it and slipped it into her pocket, before she took another chug of the vodka and then she handed it back.]

You're not going to need much more.

[Judas didn't mind much that it wouldn't take too much more and he took another hard swig, his much more relaxed and tipsy state allowing him to not wince.]

You can send me back to Sexby if I'm too much.

[He held the bottle back out to her, trusting that she knew his limit better than he did. But then he asked quietly:]

Why are you doing this for me, Parker?

You're not too much. Besides, Sexby would be the worst person to learn to drink from.

[She took another swig of the vodka and then capped it quickly.]

Because you didn't die with the zombies, because you were brave and fought hard. Because I like you more than I should considering how much you hate women and because you remind me of someone at home I should have been a lot nicer too.

[Judas just stared at her for a couple moments. Most people on the Barge didn't answer questions so easily like that.]

Do you respect me?

Yes. I respect you.

[She frowned, and then she looked at the vodka, and then she looked back to him.]

I think I found the fucking flood.

Ask me something else.

[Judas paused and ran a hand over his hair. He didn't know what was going on at all.]
