This probably sounds trite as hell, but self-control. Work in a hospital like mine long enough, and you're gonna want to beat half the people you know with a hammer--but that'll get you fired, and then you end up working minimum-wage jobs after years of med school and hundreds of thousands of dollars. And you'll still have all the goddamn loans to pay off.

Take out the anger by belitting people and telling them to suck it. Or issue threats you'll never follow up on. Always works for me.
