Our lack of unification does not mean we are not effective, and usually the bickering does not impede duty. Lately, however, it seems that people have become rather sensitive to criticism and quick to argue over the most petty of things.

And I do recall that the demons from last Halloween did not completely unite the wardens either, though the Borg...I just rather not think of the Borg.

In truth, I cannot think there is a 'normal' state for the wardens as a group. It changes so often.

Don't ever think that an inmate is weak or stupid is a good place to start. But the idea of having up a back up warden is a smart one. Good job on that, stupid on letting them decide. Everyone would fucking chose Harper or whoever if that was true.

I think you might be able to consider this within 'personal fights' - but if an inmate thought someone was in danger due to context of one kind or another, I would take it seriously.
