I quite agree that Ray's idea was wise, as I remember quite a few times while I was an inmate that it would have benefited me greatly to have someone to go to.

The Borg come from my universe and she would have assimilated me had she been able to infiltrate my net, so I should have known better. I was just... unimaginably angry.

I know how to stop her, and I have instructed the wardens on how to do so. Though what happened last time makes me curious as to whether I should inform the inmates. Some might use it to their advantage and... I have made enough mistakes. So having been in the position of inmate and victim, I need to ask you so that I might further consider.

It is ironic. In order to become a warden, it was those qualities, placing my own power and desires over seeing the needs of others, that I had to do away with.

Unfortunately, you'll find that a unified front amongst wardens does not exist. Certainly in some cases we agree, but it would seem that each individual warden has their own idea about what the job should be and must entail. Bickering occurs quite often, as it will when each man and woman acts with their own authority.

I wish I could shed a better light on things, but it would not be the truth. And I would welcome you, but somehow I think it would cheapen what you have accomplished. It is less that you are now a warden and more than you have graduated.

It's really not always this bad, to be honest; I think everyone has been particularly tightly-wound for a solid month, at least. On my better days I reckon it's no more or less what one might expect of a group of headstrong personalities.

It is better once you've an Inmate of your own to focus upon.

People should know how to be stopped. I know a large amount of wardens were among the first string of people who had been assimilated. I think you need to make that info available to at least a few of the inmates so we they have a fighting chance.
