Jesus Christ, are you always this disorganized and bitchy to one another, or is it just for my benefit? Hell, I always suspected it, but never thought I'd been so damn right. Listen up: Ray has a good idea. There should be someone who an inmate can go to if their warden fucks off. Do you know how many wardens I'd had? Five. How many wardens go away for periods of time? There should be someone who your inmate can go to when you're not around. Stop worrying about pissing or dick measuring contests and fucking find someone for your inmate.

The pissing and dick measuring contests are probably a shitty idea in general.

I like you plenty. I like lots of wardens plenty. But you asked how I kept it together and that's it.

You're getting a head start on this thing that half the warden population do where they get all up in arms about wanting to impose some rules or institutionalized systematic crap onto us, when at the end of the day it's just not going to work for everyone here, and nine times outta ten it's not gonna work for Rex.

So I keep the hell out of those posts. If you want to make them? Fine. But unless I'm telling you to back off then you won't hear from me on them.
