Listen up: Ray has a good idea. There should be someone who an inmate can go to if their warden fucks off. Do you know how many wardens I'd had? Five. How many wardens go away for periods of time? There should be someone who your inmate can go to when you're not around. Stop worrying about pissing or dick measuring contests and fucking find someone for your inmate.

The pissing and dick measuring contests are probably a shitty idea in general.
